All electronic components consume electrical energy and release some amount of heat. In the latest windows phone news, Microsoft which releases the windows for mobile devices, took a step forward to equip that liquid cooling technology in their two flagships Microsoft lumia 950 and Microsoft lumia 950xl having Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 and Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 respectively. This was a big challenge for the windows phone developer around the world. By now this lumia 950 and lumia 950xl are gaining more people attraction in the latest windows phone news.
Here is how liquid cooling technology work
It mainly consists of two components the Condenser and the evaporator.
The evaporator is placed on the processor’s head and when the processor gets heated up, it will evaporate the liquid to form vapours. The liquid vapour is then sent to the condenser through a pipe line and vapour gets cooled in the condenser and gets converted into liquid again and this cycle repeats.
Here is how the Microsoft lumia 950 and 950xl liquid cooling system works
In the above image we can see the copper pipe. That copper pipe is the main liquid cooling component in the Microsoft lumia 950 and 950xl.
The condenser block of the lumia’s liquid cooling system is placed on the surface of the processor. The heat from the processor converts the liquid or water in the copper pipe into vapour and the vapour dissipates heat to phone’s body resulting the vapour to convert to liquid state again.
This does not require liquid pumps. The liquid or water cooling system is not much bulky.
The copper pipe is very thin nearly 1mm. It is very lite giving the boost.
