Best shopping app, *a must have trusted app with amaze on shopping. But devloper pls optimize app and reduce memory,/battery consumption ,new version is very laggy on low ram devices of older android version( lags too much on KitKat with 512 mb ram device but fine on oreo with 3 gb ram )* pls help soon.

This app is good and all things that I have ordered on it are good but I have order 1 wireless Bluetooth waterproof shower speaker on 10 November and it was told that it will come by 19 November but on day of delivery it was shown that it is unavailable afterwards it was told that it will come by 22 Nov to 27 Nov but now it is shown that it is been delivered but it was not delivered to me

Dissatisfied with the courier services you’re using! I used to purchase Pintola all natural Peanut butter 1kg from Amazon. The first two times it got delivered without any issue! But when I ordered it for 3rd time all the problems started. At first I got notification that it couldn’t be delivered because I refused the delivery, when in truth it never reached at my address. So I ordered again and again the same issue! So finally the order got cancelled and I got refund for my online payment! When I tried after few days again, I was not able to do online payment and COD/POD options are not available at my address. I would have understand if these issues occurred at the first instance, but after doing too successful transaction for same product, was not expecting this at all. What I gather from this is, this happened only because of lazy courier agents, for which I’m still suffering. Till this date I’m unable to do online payment on app and POD/COD are not available. I wouldn’t have bothered to write such a lengthy review if only products were available somewhere else too!

Expected a smooth app experience from such a reputed company. App is very slow when compared to other shopping apps. It gets on your nerves. Really wish Amazon focused on improving the app

I have orderd nova black trimmer during offer time of amazon(october 2018).instead of black one they delivered me a white one.. Also the trimmer is not working now..I couldn’t use it even for one day.. It looks like a duplicate product only as it is having a duplicate battery(not nova’s battery) and it doesn’t contain nova sticker also..
